Drapes specialist J&C Joel have completed the installation of a set of motorised acoustic drapes for one of the UK’s most famous independent Music School and Concert Hall, Millfield School in Street, Somerset.
J&C Joel and Triple E have worked together to provide 56 motorised remote controlled roller banners, together with three motorised acoustic banners, 14 dividing curtains and an array of other decorative curtains to the Royal Horticultural Hall, Westminster. This is one of the company’s most prestigious projects to date.
In July 2006 J&C Joel transformed The Roundhouse performing arts venue in London with a large installation black wool serge curtains and curtain tracks.

J&C Joel manufactured tailor-made white Ultra Stretch coverings for the sculptures, with the stretch fabric following the contours of the shapes and accentuating the led lighting inside them.
As part of a major installation in the newly built Carriageworks Theatre in Leeds, J&C Joel manufactured and installed a complete counterweight system for the main stage as well as lighting bars, stage access equipment and stage drapes.
The theatre was built within the Victorian Carriageworks and Electric Press Building, a complex that now includes a commercial development of bars, restaurants and café's.
