Damaged goods delivered (which includes any visible damage to the outer packing), must be signed as damaged on receipt and inform J&C Joel in writing within five working days. Written notification can be by post, fax or E-mail.
Upon J&C Joel arranging a return to themselves, it is the customers' liability to ensure the parcel(s) is sufficiently packaged and labelled. Returns must be accompanied by the official J&C Joel Returns document.
Returned goods are subject to a restocking charge.
Goods will not be accepted back into stock without prior approval.
Invoice queries (i.e. surcharges, special prices etc.) must be made within 7 days.
